Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Custom or personalised items, and digital downloads are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. This is not the amount of time it will take your bank to refund

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sophies.crochets@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
